ClickAlgo Trade Stacker 2.0.0 Your product description states that one computer registration can be used by all accounts, but this version can only have one account. Opening other accounts will fail, and the verification screen will always pop up, and it is obviously the same computer. After clicking verification to check, it says Different computers.

when you say opening with other accounts, do you mean prop firms or cTrader broker accounts?

The new version uses your cTrader user ID which will work with any cTrader broker on multiple machines.

With your updated 2.0.0 product, cTrader can only log in to one account per computer. If you open a second cTrader login account, it will be stuck in the verification stage and will not automatically pass.
Previous 1.0.0 product versions will automatically pass.
I'm obviously using the same computer, but it still wants me to verify a new device, and you can only verify two devices. I've already used two, so I'm stuck. But in fact, your product states that it should be the same. A computer can log in to multiple accounts. You also said that you can log in to multiple accounts, so can you please fix it? The broker I originally used allowed three registrations.

But using accounts with two different brokerages still doesn't work, so it's not a same brokerage account issue.
There are issues with all accounts at all brokers.
As shown in the picture below, four pictures of two different brokers, the accounts of brokers A1_A2 are automatically closed, and the accounts of brokers B1_B2 are automatically closed.
ClickAlgo Trade Stacker will always ask for a verification screen. At this time, as long as there is a purchase or sale transaction, the copy will be successful at the beginning, but after 1 to 3 minutes, ClickAlgo Trade Stacker will automatically close.

The previous version of ClickAlgo Trade Stacker was ClickAlgo Duplicateme. This version is bug-free and very easy to use. I noticed you only updated in March of this year, so your old version should still be there. Can you send the older version to my email address first?

You need to click on the Register Product button, or else the cBot will automatically stop after 1 minute, the only thing I can think of is that you have a new cTrader ID for each account which should only happen if you are using a prop firm.

Can you start the cBots on each broker using cTrader automate and click on the log tab, you will see some information, please take a screenshot of the cTrader ID you see, this ID is tied to your account. We can look this up with cTrader.

Is there any reason your PC times are different with each broker, one shows UTC+4 and the other UTC +8?

We will need to contact Spotware if you have 2 different cTrader ID's for brokers and get them to investigate.

The time difference is just for testing the demo account. The time converted to UTC+8 is the same.
Click in, the ctrader ID is the same.

After the account registration is successful, the "Start" button will turn green.
The activation button for other accounts is blue. What you need to fix is that other accounts with blue buttons should be automatically verified instead of having a verification message pop up. Your old version is automatically verified directly.

The same ID was verified but I was asked to verify again and then the product could only verify two devices. I authenticated two devices and then it said two authenticated and it kept getting stuck.

Can you please give me the old version directly? I don't need the new version, I just lost the old version's installation package. If you give me the old version of the installation package, I can use it successfully.

We have upgraded our license system, the previous version will have the same problem.

You have the product installed on two machines as shown below.

I have removed the license registered on 20.02.2023 for your Forex VPS server, you can now go ahead and register the new product on your VPS.

If you are still having difficulties, please provide the information that Sophia requested for the cTrader ID on all the machines you are attempting to register, we will contact Spotware to look up your account as you should not have more than 1 cTrader ID.

Click on the Product Licenses link below the Register product to see all your registered products, you can remove and manage them yourself.

We no longer offer the previous version as our license server has changed.

You may have a problem with your PC not saving the setting when a product is registered.

Please follow the steps below.

Open cTrader Automate
Find the Trade Stacker under cBots
Add a cBot instance, start the cBot
If you see the registration screen again, click on the register button
open the log tab
take a screenshot of the log information and share it here.

I counted 156 customers that are currently using this product without any issues, so there is a high chance the problem is with your PC using the new license system.

You only need to register each product once to use any broker account on multiple computers, and each product authorization is tied to your unique cTrader ID.

Multiple brokers
If you use multiple cTrader brokers, your products will work with all of them because your cTrader ID is shared.

So I'm pretty sure there's something wrong with your bot.
Note it's shared! But now you're telling me I can only have one cTrader ID, just like I can only have one account.

If you still don't understand, I don't want to keep explaining to you that there's something wrong with your product, and you shouldn't ask me anything again. This is not my problem at all.

Please do not delete my product authorization again. I posted the account number just to prove to you that it is the same CTRADER ID.

I am ClickAlgo support, when you register an account with us we hold your email address and cTrader ID in the license server database and without this information, we cannot offer our products. We use software to manage our customer's product licenses and to help them on occasions like this.

The image shown cannot be cracked to show your email.

I can remove the image, but it does not contain any sensitive information, your email address is not visible to the public and your cTrader ID is to help you with your issue.

According to your licensing, you are using the old product already as this contains the longer machine key ID,you also have registered on two machines using the old product.

If you need further support you need to provide the information requested in the last post, without this, I cannot help you and we cannot find out if there is an issue with the product as it works fine on my PC also.
