Register cbot on two broker

All Neptune cbots run on my VPS. On the same VPS I want to use an other broker. The cbots wants to register the cbots again. After a successful registration the cbot asks again for registration.

Can you tell me which Neptune cBot you are having problems with?

You have two corrupt registrations, the name of the product is cTrader EURUSD Trading Robot, this is incorrect, it should be cTrader EURUSD Algo Strategy, I have removed these registrations.

Yes now I wanted to use two different prop firms.
I have problems with all cbots of Neptune.

How do I change the ctrader ID for the registration. I deleted the registration and tried to register it on an other machine. It always show me the same ctrader ID

You usually have a single cTrader I'd, but prop firms can give you a new cTrader ID for each challenge, did you read the article about asking the prop firm to use your existing ID

When I delete all registration of my first ID. Can I register the new ID for the cbots?

Have you spoken to the Prop firm about using your existing cTrader ID?

Okay I will try it.

Yes I spoke with them. It is not possible because of an older challenge. For the newer challenges I can change my ctrade ID by myself

ok, great, quick fix is to unregister the products and register again under the new ID
