cTrader Risk and reward tool frozen

All the other pairs are working correctly and i can but orders in but for usd/jpy it not working, when i activate my risk reward tool i just can’t click anything on the menu.

Can you provide a link to the web page where you downloaded the risk reward tool, also, you will probably find a pop-up window hidden behind your other windows blocking the trade panel?

It’s definitely not that, i have 4 different charts opened and if i add usd\yen on any of them in just gonna froze up

On usd/yen i can't open reward and risk zone, no matter where i open usd\yen

I would first set the trade indices setting to No.

Stop all cBots apart from the USDJPY chart, can you still open the chart planning window?

Can you use a tool for screenshots, the file size is smaller and it's clearer to see.

With the indices setting to yes, you will see this popup, until you close it, the panel will not be responsive.

Another potential issue is that if you already have a USDJPY RR tool running with the same instance name, it will not work, you need to use a unique instance name if you plan to use the same symbols on different charts.

I changed the instance name on every pair and tried these other thing but still nothing, and now i tried some other pairs as well and same problem, but let’s deal with that tomorrow, too mad right now 😅 i will send you videos and correct screens tomorrow

But if I bought pc version can i also activate that on mac or i have to buy that separately? Maybe on mac i would not have that problem

Yes, it seems to work correctly on mac, but how can i get full version mac os installer file? I currently can download only pc version on click algo website under my downloads
