Neptune EURUSD optimization, no trades 5 months?

Sorry team, I'm running optimization on the netptune EURUSD cBot since 1st January 2024 up to today 27th May 2024, 1h, but all I get is empty passes with not a single trade opened during these months. Is this normal?

I've followed the video shared for netptune optimization, and un-clicked all parameters/options before running it.

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong? it's the same if you run the same Optimization using EURUSD for this year 2024?

Can you take a screenshot of your cBot log and share it here?

Also, which version number of cTrader are you using?

Uhmm logs looks strange yep:

I've upgraded my ctrader to latest 5.0.22. These logs are from that version.

This is a known cTrader bug which has been reported before:

We have reached out to them today to see if they will release a fix soon.

I've tried to launch it again with a fully new Win11 installation and a fresh cTrader desktop, but the problem persists (same error logs).
There is no way to workaround the issue? Thanks
