Porfit Loss Targets cBot no registering

Hi there.

I'm talking about this cBot: https://clickalgo.com/profit-loss-targets

I'm trying to register this cBot to use it, but it has been impossible. I have tried multiple times with different accounts, brokers, timeframes, symbols, etc. Nothing works.

I can see the product was registered on 04.05.2024.

I ran a test and it is working fine with me, start the cBot from cTrader Automate (Algo) and look at the log tab, it should show version 1.2.0 as below. If it does not show this, download the latest version.

Version 1.2.0, upgraded for both Windows & Mac (OS) on 04.05.2024

The video you shared shows this forum, there is no demonstration of the registration not working. Can you explain in more detail what happens when you start the cBot, also share your cBot log.

Why is my cTrader ID 6507831 if that's not it? I mean, my cTrader ID is "themarketsbird", and I can't change it in the registration window of ClickAlgo. Is that something that's causing the problem here?

The issue could be with your PC using ampersands (&), I will change the name of the product and publish an update removing it.

Please download the file again, and delete your existing file. when you install and start the new cBot, you will need to register again, but the '&' will be missing, it should now work.

I deleted the old license. Started the registering process all over again, and the issue is still the same.

You never completed the license verification and the cBot auto stopped after 60 seconds.

It seems that for some reason on your PC, the license verification does now work for this product, it seems to work on my PC and with other users. There is not much more I can do in this case. Can you confirm all your other products work?

It's not a firewall or connection issue. Is the software itself.

Yes, other ClickAlgo products work. That's how you now it's not a firewall or internet configuration issue. Is the cBot itself.

By the way, I have been using this cBot in the past and worked just fine, no issues like this one.

As you paid for this product using reward points, we can refund them to you with credits.

If you still have an older copy of this product on your PC I would use this instead.

I have tested now on 2 more computers, and the problem is still the same. So it's not the computer or internet settings.

But, the trial version works properly.

So I think the issue is the cTrader ID that the software is blocking or something similar.

If I get a refund can I buy it again so maybe that will solve the problem? Is the software tied to the cTrader ID on which I register the cBot the first time ever?

Morning, I noticed that your product registrations use the old machine key instead of the user ID which is a number, are you using a prop firm?
