Strategy builder moving average crossover error.

Keep trying to use 2 hull averages and on review the trade rule is not there please see screenshots

Publishing a fix today, also with the MACD crossover indicator added.

A new update has been published v1.2.2 which fixes the bug and has a new indicator added

Tried to download it bur when I opened it up it was still version 1.2.1
