Schaff Trend Cycle - Indicator Bug

Dear Support

It appears after installing the above indicator at https://clickalgo.com/schaff-trend-cycle - the indicator does not update after each bar and simply provides a snapshot at the time the indicator is applied. After this issue if attempting to remove and re-apply the indicator - the panel appears blank i.e. none of the information is displayed.

I am experiencing the issue using both the updated Ctrader App and the broker's version (Ic Markets/Raw Trader).

OS being used is Win Server Standard 2022.

Unfortunately the problem persists.

I have attached 2 snapshots.

First - you will note the indicator hasnt followed the new bars

Second - after reapplying the indicator - you will note the First snapshot not only failed to follow the bars and but has failed to update direction.

If you look at the cBot log in cTrader Automate you will see the version number v2.0.0

The indicator updates after it has loaded after each candle has closed.

I tested it in a 1-minute timeframe and it is working fine with me.

I have deleted all versions and re-installed using the link above.

Issue persists.

I have attached 2 images.

1 - 1 min chart. 2 vertical lines showing the gap between the candle chart and the indicator failure to follow.

- 5 min chart. Blank indicator panel. (Issue mentioned above).

I assume the issue/bug could be on myside if it works for you.

look in the cBot log for the version number. test with a 1-minute timeframe.

Please note:

version 2.0.0 is confirmed
Applied to 1 min chart. The issue persists and is visible.

I am unsure why it does not work on your computer, it works fine on my PC, look at the image below, the indicator was started at 14:35, and as the new bars closed the indicator was updated.

If any other customers complain we will investigate again, in the meantime, remove the indicator from your computer.
