Hello I need Help please. cTrader Chart Drawing Synchroniser does not work

Hello I am using the latest Ctrader desktop version in Mac. I downloaded the cTrader Chart Drawing Synchroniser under this link https://clickalgo.com/chart-drawing-synchroniser (the official one) and installed just exactly as it said. But once I have the indicator in both chart at the same time it does not copy any objects. Any help please? is so annoying...

The steps I did follow were: download the indicator, then copy the file into here: \My Documents\cAlgo\Sources\Indicators, then open the indicator in both charts
Any information you need I will provide it to you.

Which one exactly? I read the full manual of how install that indicator and how indicators need to be installed in Ctrader. Other than that my Ctrader platform was installed as normal and I didn't do anything wrong.
