I'm currently trialing the risk reward tool. However, I noticed that despite specifying the max risk in cash or percentage, it is not working as intended. The cash amount and percentage amounts presented on the chart are incorrect and as the price moves there is also no movement in accordance with price to adjust it. I've tested all possible settings to my knowledge. Can you please indicate what settings I should use and what could be going wrong? Thanks!

Please provide a screenshot of your settings panel and the symbol you are trading.
If you are not using forex you need to set the use indices setting to yes. You can find the user guide below.

Here are the screenshots. At the moment, the only symbol with correct behavior is EURUSD... I've set .55 of the balance as risk, and preferred 3:1 risk/reward.

For NQ, I'm getting a swing low error, I don't even have the swing option activated so not sure why it gives me this error, and then the resulting risk is wrong.

Please provide the symbol you are trading and the average spread for that symbol.
The symbol probably has a greater spread than your stop loss and or take profit, also, when you have such tight risk and reward values the calculations will stop working.
