Which Trading Terminals do I have to choose?

I just watched some videos on Youtube and I’ve noticed that in the paid version of the Risk & reward tool, you can place an order in detail but to close a part of the position, use a trailing stop or BE the position then apparently you need another tool like the Risk Calculator. Do you have an assistant that can do both?
I use to trade on MT4 and used the EA trade assistant. Since a couple of months I changed and use cTrader now and as a scalper I looking for a bot that has these functionalities.
