Unable to register cBot Gradient Orders

Hello,
I have just purchased the Gradient Orders bot. When I assign the bot to an instrument then attempt to start it the bot starts briefly for around a second then stops. I see the registration pop up flash on the screen but too fast to do anything.

Further info:

I run two cTraders on my PC. One is my main broker and a demo from a different broker. Both up to date.
I ran and used the Gradient Orders demo without issue.

After the failure to start properly, I did the following:
Deleted all cBots, including the Gradient Orders demo AND Gradient Orders Full Version, from the default shared bot folder.
Restarted PC. Reinstalled G/O Full Version. Opened on main broker. Failed to run.
Uninstalled G/O Full Version.
Restarted.
Installed G/O Full Version on demo broker. Failed to run.
Restarted.
Installed G/O Demo on demo broker. Ran ok, no issues.

Checked specified filepath, json file is not there (which makes sense because it isn't activated yet, but it won't let me activate it).

update:

I think this may have glommed on to the wrong cTID as my demo and main use two different emails. Can you deregister my product so I can try again on the correct cTID? Thanks.
