Neptune - News Manager

Hi,

I'm testing this cbot and I already bought the News Manager separately.

While I put the parameters on Yes, nothing closed.
News Manager = Yes
Close on News = Yes

What am I doing wrong? Or does it not work together with the News Manager I already bought from you.

I see now that your website links to the cTrader Economic News Alerts instead. What's correct?

Neither were in the download files of Neptune. Or will it be in the files, when you buy it?

The product you purchased should work with the Neptune trading cBots, please provide the following information so I can investigate the issue.

The cBot settings for the News Manager.
The cBot settings for the Neptune cBot.
the cBot log for the news manager (help)

I don't see anything at the log, so that must be wrong then. I rechecked the installation instructions and all is how it should be. Any idea what could be wrong?

Refer to the product page user guide on how to test the news manager cBot and you will see a screenshot of the cBot log.

Make sure you are using the cTrader Algo and not the cTrader Trade application.

Are you running the neptune bot on the cloud?

Either way the cBot stopped because you did not verify the trial license
