cTrader Currency Correlations Table

Hello,

I bought the cTrader Currency Correlations Table indicator.
I installed it and registered it. I use cTrader 5.0.28 but I can see the indicator just for a millisecond like a flash on my screen in a cTrader window.

What can I do to solve this problem? Can you help me, please?

Good Morning, I just ran a quick test on 5.0.29 and it works fine with EURUSD. test with a clean chart and no other indicators. it can take some seconds to load all the data. Look at the cBot log in cTrader Algo application, this will also report any issues.

Please provide the symbol you are using and the indicators settings uploaded as a file.

Hello Sophia,
I am sending the settings.
I wonder if the problem is because the Correlation table is in my cTrader as an indicator not as a cBoot?
I installed it by double-clicking the algo file from my Downloads folder, which was automatically installed as an indicator.
Is it ok?

Can you provide the symbol you are attempting to use?

The product is an indicator.

The markets are closed today, not sure if it will load data, but usually, you need to wait a few minutes for it to load.

You are still within your refund period, if you cannot get it working you can request a refund.

maybe also look at the cbot log by loading the indicator in cTrader Algo, this ma tell you if thee are any errors.

Hi Sophia,

When I opened cTrader today, I encountered an issue with the indicator display. It appeared briefly in the 'Trade' section despite the market being closed. After this message: "Wait for the next tick of data to load."

Initially, I used the indicator with the default symbols. I made sure they were provided by my broker (Purple Trading).
Yesterday, I removed a few symbols and retained only the following: EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, AUDUSD, NZDUSD, USDCAD, USDCHF.
However, the issue remains unresolved, and I am still only able to see the indicator window for a brief moment.

I'm keen on using this indicator and would prefer not to request a refund. Could you please guide me on where to find the cbot log?

I'm the main developer of this indicator, it seems it has been broken since last cTrader update and it does flash continuously as you say, I'm working on a patch and will get back to you as soon as possible this week.

Hello Mike,

Thank you. The indicator is working but only to the moment I changed something in it. Take Last#Bars, Colours, SymbWhols, Show version etc.
Whatever I change it stops working immediately.

It stops working even though I want to change the timeframe and also when I change a workspace.
When I return to the workspace with this indicator I can't see the correlation table. I can see only the chart for EURUSD symbol and empty lines in the Panel 1 as shown in my last picture from a previous communication with Sophia.

It looks like it's having a problem reloading data from the market (but I don't understand it).
If I want to see the indicator again I have to reinstall it.

Could you fix this problem, please?

I think it's going to be a very helpful indicator for me.

Depending on the number of symbols you have set, it will take some time to load so probably you need to wait a couple minutes, does this issue persist if you only load let's say 3, 4 symbols only?

Hi Mike,

Yeah, I tried it with 3 symbols only and the problem is the same.

It seems that after any change the indicator dies. It doesn't response because when you install it you can see a message: "Wait for the next tick of data to load." and after a while (3, 4 seconds max. with many symbols as default) you can see the table. But not in the case of any change in the indicator or after swapping workspaces.

Hi Mike,

Please, can you send me a link for download the same like you did yesterday as the link in my account consists the same date and probably the same version of the indicator.
The date in the zip file is the same as yesterday and it causes the same behaviour in cTrader.

I had to even delete cookies and after that, I could see today's version.

Now, the indicator works well. All features. I can change everything and it still works well.
