ClickAlgo Download Expired

Hi,
I have purchased this indicator a while back but didn't end up using it. Now I am trying to download and use it but it says Download expired. I was not aware of this Download Expiry when I purchase it.

I don't remember seeing the Download expiry information anywhere when I purchased it.

I was under the impression that once I purchased the indicator, I can use it always.

It would be great if the Download can be enabled.

Your records show you attached the indicator to a chart on the 2nd September 2020, your product will still work, you just need to find the file you originally downloaded. We offer 1-year download support on our products where you can download the file from the website. Our original agreement is still in place for you to use the product with no time-limit.
