Issue with "cTrader Risk & Reward Charting Tool" Registration

I purchased the "cTrader Risk & Reward Charting Tool" from you a few years ago, and it's been an amazing tool that I use daily.

However, recently I’ve encountered a registration issue (see the attached screenshot). Although I followed all the registration instructions, I keep seeing this message that takes me to the product registration page, but I’m still unable to use the tool.

Could you please advise me on how to resolve this? If you need any additional information from me to investigate the issue, please let me know.

Can you tell me your cTrader ID, don't worry, nobody can use it, it is shown on the risk and reward panel hidden above.

It looks like you have a different cTrader ID, are you registered with a prop firm?

I removed your old license as this used a different cTrader ID, start again and re-register, it should work now.

No, no props firms, but I was managing my friend's account for a while, and now that I've switched back to my personal trading account, I'm starting to experience these issues.
