gonyewuchi I am on the 14 day trial version, I have fully configured the telegram and email and tested them successfully. In real time though I am not getting a pop up or a message when my profit or loss limits are reached. How do I troubleshoot this?
Mike Please share a screenshot of your account alert settings window and can you confirm that all your open positions winners and losers show an unrealised profit value greater than the value you set? You can find the user guide here
