thetrader ive installed MA crossover strategy bot trial version to receive telegram notification when there is a crossover but it doesnt work. https://clickalgo.com/moving-average-cbot the telegram notification works well with telegram notification bot (i mannaged to get the token an chat id and i tested to receive a message and also i made a manual entrance and it worked) but when i put my setups on the MA crossover bot nothing happens..PLEASE HELP ASAP
Mike You have the moving average periods the wrong way around, the fast-moving average period should be lower than the slow MA period, we switched them around and now it sends Telegram messages, please see the screenshot below.
