Sebastian You can use any chart type, candlesticks, range bars or tick charts, all you need to do is create your cBot, add an instance and change the chart type, it's very simple. I think Sophia was confused and thought you were talking about an indicator.
Ataher Hi Sebastian, Actually when i tried to build the strategy, the only frams available are the time frams, which mean if i am using the rang bars chart, all the data the cBot will apply will be the time frames data not the actual data i see in the chart, as MAs specifically all numbers will be different
Sebastian You just need to follow the user guide and build your cBot from the code in cTrader Algo and you will be able to change your timeframe and chart type to Renko or any other type. https://help.clickalgo.com/docs/builder/export-code/ You can then adjust the settings for the new timeframe and chart type using the optimisation application.
