Chez hi I just got risk & Reward paid version for Mac and no tutorial deals directly for this version that I've found. It doesn't display the sell ,buy arrows in the two boxes like I've seen on others and there is no pending order setting etc, seems to lack functions that I've seen on these other tutorials.
Mike Hi, Chez, You can find the user guide on the product page and there is a user guide on the help centre, it is the same as the Windows version, the only difference is the settings panel is integrated into the platform as cBot settings instead of a popup window. Chez from this screen shot, see how there are not the green up and red down arrows in the square boxes below minimise and the purple button that says Market when clicked has stop and limit but no pending like Ive seen on tutorials...
Mike This is not the normal operation the icons are missing, what version of the macOS are you using?
Mike It could be a bug with the cTrader API on that macOS version. Have you tried installing the product on another machine? Can you also start a cBot instance from cTrader Algo and look at the cBot log for errors.
Chez I'm so disappointed I just bought a new laptop late version etc being my Mac seemed to old and this is still not working just the same as on my old machine.... how else do I get help I 'm not majorly computer savvy with real technical stuff I get through the basics etc this is so frustrating wish I could talk to someone etc.....
Sophia Hi, Chez, This is the first report of the tool not working on the macOS, the issue could be a bug with the cTrader API on the new version of the Mac. We will take a look to see if there is an issue with the risk-reward product and get back to you later today. You are also still within your 14-day refund period from the date of purchase, and will still be able to request a refund up to the 11th of November 2024.
