cTrader Risk Calculator Assistant

I have been using it for months and work just fine until today when I input SL on the bottom part underneath to the BUY SELL button, and then I place a trade. However the cTrader desktop did not response to the SL after it hits, and further the cTrader crashed and I cannot connect my account anymore.
I use IC Markets and after 9 emails, they are still clueless of what had happened. Can anybody help? Thank you.

Are you having problems with your risk calculator tool or the cTrader platform?

Does cTrader crash only when you are running this tool? If so can you follow the steps below?

Open cTrader Algo.
Click on the cBot tab.
Find the Risk Calculator cBot and add an instance.
Open the cBot log at the bottom.
Use the tool and copy the log information and share it here as an uploaded text file.
