cTrader Support & Resistance Indicator - cannot register

Just purchased cTrader Support & Resistance Indicator for new PC. When registering, gives error message "You already have this product registered on 2 machines, manage your licenses to remove one "
I have used old versions on older pc's but I just bought this for new PC. Why can't I register brand new purchase ?

It now works under my ctrader ID. However, I trade 2 additional accounts for other people and I am unable to use the indicator under their ID's. Do I need to buy 2 additional licences? Will they need to register with ClickAlgo separately ?

Sorry for the late reply.

Each product is tied to your cTrader ID which you can install on multiple machines. If you are trading on behalf of other traders, it would be best if they purchased the products so they can manage their licenses. But you can also purchase the products, in this case, you would need to give me their cTrader IDs and I will register them. If you are going to manage 3 accounts, you will need to purchase the product 3 times.
