Hi, I purchased this product on 23/05 and am trying to download the latest update but i keep being told that I hve reached the maximum downloads of 10. As I've changed computers and had to update them and s i have also downloaded the updates as the became available , i can see how tha t has happened. Could you reset it for me please as i'd like the latest update.
