cTrader Volume Profile (Paid version) for Mac

Hi.

I just purchased this: https://clickalgo.com/ctrader-market-profile and it does not seem to display on mac?

It popped up for a second and then went again.

It also crashed cTrader 5 times in the last 10 minutes.

I never get crashes.

Does this product have issues with Mac? It says it is compatible.

When you attach the indicator to a chart, you should see the license registration window as explained in the link below. This will show for 1-min and if nothing happens, it will automatically stop.

If you are not seeing this panel, could you take a look at the cBot log and share the information?

Hi Mike, yes I did register the product with no problems.

I see you purchased and registered the product in September, there may be an issue with it on the macOS.

Can you provide the information requested above from the cBot log?

Sure. But... this is all I get:
20/11/2024 14:31:06.883 | Info | Indicator instance [ClickAlgo Volume Profile, XAUUSD, m1] loaded.

I took it off to stop it crashing. Added now, but still cannot see on the chart.

I actually took it off before as it did not work properly (trial version back in September), I just thought the paid version might show this time.

Our records show the paid version was installed and used on your PC in September. If you are now trying to use it on your macOS and the platform crashes, there should be some log information. If you could capture this, it would help us investigate.

Take a screenshot of cTrader Algo and show your parameter settings and the cBot log as I have below.

Ok thanks. I definitely installed it on my Mac. I have the PC as a back up incase something happens to my mac.

If it crashes again, I will send a report. Still can't understand why the horizontal lines do not display on the side of the screen in the meantime. That was an issue before as well.

BTW... my settings are the same as you have shown in the screenshot.
