Algo Strategy Builder not working

Hello,

I ordered the Algo Strategy Builder (Order Number 63910) and successfully installed it but for some weird reason, the 'GUI' like interface that lets you input your parameters etc isnt popping up. Pls advise!

It looks like you haven't registered the product yet. When you start the cBot, you should see the registration window. Register the product, and the GUI will be displayed.

Thanks Mike. After its installed, I get a prompt to start the bot and I click yes, then it just starts..I dont get any prompt to register the product.

Hello Mike. Sorry its me again. I bought the strategy builder specifically to be able to get the code for Telegram Alert but I cant seem to get it to work, I have added the Chat ID & Token but not receiving any notifications..Can you help pls?

Have you generated the code and copy/pasted into a cTrader cBot?

Thanks Mike...Managed to get it to work but only on the Local instances, Telegram notifications are not working on Cloud instances..Any ideas pls?

If you are not getting Telegram alerts using the cTrader Cloud service, you will need to contact Spotware support. It may be that the Telegram service does not work on the cloud.

I downloaded the 14 day free trial version, and its loaded a cbot into my ctrader.

however i have no GUI to build my cbot, i notice some place talk about having to register a product, but no registration prompt turns up.

........ actually just fixed it, i needed to start the CBOT then it asked me to register it..... now i have the GUI.
