cTrader Advanced Protection (Visual Lines)

Please update the (Advanced Forex Protection Tool) so it shows the (visual lines) on the charts for the profit targets, trailing stop loss, break even and stealth stops

IMO this is a (MUST HAVE) requirement for trade planning / open trade monitoring

If you think it will be a useful feature to see you're trade targets and risk in visual format just vote for this post.....it's the only way we can get this feature added

Hi, Darryl, this could be very messy on the chart if you have a few trades open, if you had 5 trades then you could have 25 lines for the TP target and 10 more for the TSL and Stealth stop. Also, a limitation would be that the lines will only show for the symbol to which the cBot is attached and not other symbols. This feature would work better for single trades only.

As a trader can you live with multiple lines on the chart for each trade?

Hi Mike, I would agree with you on that point 100%
I only have one trade open at any given time. I may sometimes have more than one trade open but this would only ever be on a different correlating currency pair for example AUD/USD - NZD/USD
I guess the ideal solution for any update and so it's not confusing for people who have multiple trades open at the same time could be to have a (tick box) that would basically be show visual lines (YES / NO) just an idea?

we could have yes/no settings for each option so the user can select which lines they wish to see, but if they have more than 2 trades open it could be messy, i will see if i can get the green light for this.

Yes, you could add a line of text to the product page saying something along the lines of : If you plan to have multiple trades open at the same time on the same symbol whilst using this tool (2 or more) it's advised to (un-tick) the show lines tab.

Hi Mike / Paul, I just wanted to say a BIG thanks for getting the visual lines added to the Advanced Protection cBot. I was away last week so I've not had chance to test it out with the new features yet but from what I see in the control panel it looks like a winner to me....just perfect.
