rego I purchased the Risk reward tool but due to issues between my broker and Ctrader I had to create another C trader ID linked to a new email address. Now I can neither use the tool I have purchased nor can I re-purchase as If I try and register a new account with the new email address it tells me there is an account already linked to it for some reason. So I need to change the email address/ c-trader Id linked to my personal details etc and have the purchase linked to it. I suspect it needs to be done at click algo's end as I have tried at my end to no avail Cheers.......Brent
Sophia Hi, Brent. We do not have an account showing up at ClickAlgo using the email address you used to register with this support site. Do you have an order number, so I can look up your account?
rego Hi Sophia, Its registered under the initial address which is brent@messagesonhold.co.nz and needs to be changed to sales@messagesonhold.co.nz
Sophia Your ClickAlgo registered email address is unrelated to your cTrader registered email address. Why not log in to your account at Clickalgo, remove your old licenses, and register the new ones? https://clickalgo.com/manage
rego If I try and register a product it takes me to the site where it is still linking my old C trader Id to the account - that is the issue, and it will not allow me to set up a new one
