Bonwalk01 I'm trying to register the NinjaTrader Risk Manager, but it asks for my cTrader ID, which I do not have. I'm Trading with APEX through Tradovate/Ninjatrader. How do I move forward with the ID?
Pipster Simply start the add on from ninjatrader and you will be taken to the registration page using a machine I'd instead. Look at the website page for additional instructions.
