Not registering the license

After updating Hull moving average strategy, the license registration is not working. Seems like it is registering the product correctly, but when I try to start cBot, it asking to register again, Im registering again, again starting the cBot and again everything from the beginning.

Can you start the cBot using cTrader Algo and share the cBot log as I have below?

Can you also share a screenshot of the error message you are seeing?

Its not showing any error. I attach print screen of successful registration too.

What is happening is that you are not verifying the license, and the cBot is stopping after 1 minute. When you start the cBot make sure you click on the register product button shown on the welcome panel that will be displayed on the chart you attached and started the cBot.

If this still does not work, upload another image (choose the upload image button), clear the cBot log first, and attempt to run the cBot once only and not multiple times.

You do not need to keep registering the product, its already registered, you just need to verify your license when you first start the cBot.

Yes, I click on the register product button, and every time I click, it tells me that I have to register the license. After I registering successfully, starting cBot and he asks again to register the license. And so on......

There was an issue with the last update; please download the product again; it should show v2.1.1 in the cBot log.
