Hello, I've had a problem with one of your bots since today. What's interesting is that the short position works, but the following error message appears for the long position. And what's even more interesting is that this is currently only in Ger40. In US30, for example, the long and short sides work. What can I do?

This error message does not look like it is being produced by the risk and reward tool. I would remove all your other cBots and indicators and only use the R&R tool to verify.

hello sophia, thx for you're replay. I delete the ctrader, remove all cbots and indicators, installed every tools new, but the error, only in one chart (Ger40.cash) is allwayse there. And only for the buyorder. do you have any other idea? greetings.
until two day's the bot works fine.

You need to provide the following information to support the investigation.

A screenshot of your settings window.
Exact steps to reproduce the error.
Translate the error message to English.

Do not re-install any other indicator or cBot; only install and run the Risk and Reward Tool. This is because the error could be coming from another cBot or indicator.

Also, your image above shows that you did not use the R&R tool to submit an order, the tool is not showing on the chart, only the control panel is showing.

Hello, it's really crazy. I've been using the chart for weeks just like I'm currently using it and, funnily enough, the cbot works with other charts such as US30 and US100 without any problems. I'll try to show you the problem (I have the feeling that something in the source code or something is broken). What I find strange is that I've already uninstalled and reinstalled Ctrader, uninstalled and reinstalled all indicators and uninstalled and reinstalled the cbot several times. Always the same error. the shorticon (red one) is working......the longside (green) error....... the error message is: -

Open a new chart and only add the risk and reward tool; do not add any additional indicators to the chart.

i open a new chart, without any indicators or something
the sellside is working, the long side the same errormessage

the scary thing is, that the bot working on all other chart with indicators without any problems...............

Who is your broker?

I have tested using Ger40 with many brokers, and it's working fine.

Is it possible to record a video showing the Risk and Reward tool planning and submitting an order?

First I would update cTrader as there is an update pending.

it's crazy. My Broker ist FTMO, the update is done..........but nothings change.

It's totally crazy, because all other indizies and charts working without problems. And many weeks before the Ger40 Charts also working without any problems. I don't know what i can do.

It's the broker and symbol Ger40.Cash, there seems to be an issue with the broker using this symbol and our product.

We tested it on many other brokers, and it's working ok. Unfortunately, FTMO does not allow us to test demo accounts, so we do not promote them and we will add a note to the product page that the product may have problems using FTMO.

i like this tool so much, is it possible that i buy and try this tool ones more? I hope it works again..........

is there any option to test this tool again?

Sorry, a new trial will not be possible. If you go ahead and purchase the product, you will not be entitled to a refund, as you have already requested two refunds in the last 6 months.
