This usually happens if your max spread is too low or your settings are incorrect.
Run a backtest using tick data for the period you ran the cBot on a live account and count the trades; if none were, no trades opened. This type of strategy does not open many trades for a month. Tick Data includes the symbol spread for each tick of data. The 1-min bar uses a fixed spread.
It is always better to export your cBot settings and share them here as a text file.
