Bot appearts to have stopped following the code logic

Hi, I have a GBPUSD-EURUSD pairs trading bot that has been working fine both in my demo trading and live trading. However on 17th Dec it didn't follow the code logic and placed >1000trades in 40mins, all of which violate the logic triggers in the code... I've stopped and re-started it on demo account and it works fine again. This is baffling.
The bot cloud instance ID 122928.
Could you check detailed server execution logs and help me invetigate what has happened?

If you are not using a ClickAlgo product and have an issue, please report it to the author of the cBot or Spotware support.

Hi Mike, I've made posts about my problem with cbot in the forum you've pointed and in another forum link sugegsted by suppoert via whatsapp. I still haven;t received any repsonse and struggle to find my posts as they got buried under so many later ones. Can you help?

You will find that your code logic is correct; the behaviour is based on the instructions from the code and not the cTrader platform. There are two things to consider.

Your cBot strategy
Your cBot code

The cBot code does not follow your cBot strategy. Share your strategy as a written document and your cBot code as a file uploaded; with this information, maybe someone can help you. Without this information, nobody can help you.

If you feel your cBot code is correct, contact Spotware. ClickAlgo cannot help you because they are a different company.

Ok thanks for clarification. Calgo-Spotware-Ctrader relationship and support structure is confusing to be honest.
My cbot code has been working fine before and after the aforementioned incident. This leads me to believe the issue is with code execution on the trading platform. Is this Spotware area of responsibility? How do I contact them?

cAlgo and cTrader are all Spotware's brand names. ClickAlgo is a supplier of products and services for the cTrader platform.
