Hi, I just installed your ClickAlgo Moving Average Alerts

5 min chart AUDUSD

Clicked the candle crossing below option and also candle closing above option

After this the error message popped up

when closing and reopening the same mesage pops up and I can't change any settings.

I tested the tool and its working fine, can you share your settings window like below.

Also, we do not have an alert called candle crossing below can you double-check the alert you are using.

The problem is when set the period to 10, if its set at 11 or higher it works fine

I didn't say it was an alert.

I said it was an option.

It all works fine as long as don't set the period at 10 or below

I will have to send it on Monday as its under maintenance atm

Hi, Adric, I cannot seem to reproduce the same error, can you tell me which option you set up initially and what was the alert type, was it popup, email or telegram message?

The setting are all in the screen shots.

I dont get sent an alert from email or telegram, it pops up like the screen shot above.

It only happens when I set the period to 10 or lower, when I set it to 11 or higher it is fine like the screenshot shows above

HOW DO I DELETE THE IMAGE???

I deleted the image with your Telegram credentials 2 days ago.

I have tested all the alerts and as I cannot reproduce the same error, I would advise that you do not purchase the product, if you find more information that could help us then please post back here. As we have had no other customers report this issue it looks like the problem is on your PC configuration.

One possibility is that your Telegram Token is incorrect, try sending a test using the green button in the alert settings window, this could be your issue, feel free to email me your Telegram token and chat ID to test to mike@clickalgo.com
