Crypto Payment Mismatch Underpayment

Hello! I just purchased the cTrader Switchback Algo Strategy from you for USDT £149.99 = 188.44 USDT to the address "0x77f66F16AE99442589E4Ce644323eFBDA7751174".
However, I received a message saying "Amount Mismatch. The amount paid does not match the payment amount. Please try again by sending the exact amount of USDT to the same wallet address. You will be able to receive a refund of the mismatch payment you just made, subject to our Terms of Service." But the money I paid you has not been returned. Could you please look into what the problem is? I have attached a screenshot of the payment.

I just noticed that when sending via Binance, taxes were deducted from the amount sent. So it turns out that I am short $4. Can I send it separately, or do I need to wait for the amount to be returned and make the payment again?

Hi, Juan, you did not pay the full amount, so the transaction failed.

Regarding charges from your Binance account, we have no control over them. I would ask Binance why they charged you the $4 and resolve this with them. We did not charge you any taxes on our end.

If you want the product, try again and pay again the full amount.

It looks like you paid 184.43 USD instead of 188.44 USD; maybe Binance charged you a fee. The payment is showing as unresolved, so if you paid the difference, the transaction for the product purchase will be completed. In the worst-case scenario, you claim a refund. The product is the Switchback Algo Strategy.

You need pay to pay 4.01 USDT, which is £3.28, make sure Binance does not charge you an additional fee which will leave you short again
