hi i have the id and the token in the thing but it doesnt connect. when i press connect nothing happens. how to fix

Hi, when you press connect, you should see the product registration window like below; make sure it's not hidden behind any other windows. Also, look at the NinjaTrader log, it may provide some information.

its for ninjatrader but i get no window that pops up

There was an error authorizing the Share service Discord: 'Could not load file or assembly 'NinjaTools.Discord.License, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral.. what log says

you now know the problem and how to fix this right. pretty weird that you buy something and right away its not working and i get errors

I understand, we published an update yesterday and there is a file missing in the zip file, we will publish the fix tommorow.

By the way, another customer purchased the full source code and had some issues building it; we republished it to work with the latest version of NinjaTrader. You can find the thread below.

You are buying the paid version, which is licensed; this just involves including another file for the licensing to work.

I fully understand if you wish to request a refund.

Hello, you can download the update using the link below. It's quicker than waiting for us to publish it on the website. Once we do this later today, you can also download from your ClickAlgo downloads.

When you install you may need to overwrite a few files and restart NinjaTrader, I tested that the license window works ok and that it sends Discord messages and pictures.
