mchillak Hi, I had alarm manager set to lockout account after 2 losses in a row or 3 winners in a row. However, after 3 winners were achieved there was no alarm and no lockout occurred. I'm on the trial at the moment but I want to make sure this works before I purchase a license.
Sophia Can you provide the full name of the tool you are testing and a screenshot of the alerts you have set, also provide the settings window screenshot. Make sure you have fully read the user guide to understand how to configure the tool.
mchillak I'm using the Ninja Trader Alarm Manager on trial. Its not sending alarms or locking out the account when any of the criteria is met.
Pipster Check the log; the popup message is behind other windows. Did your account have winning trades open with $400 in profit? Did you have losing trades open totalling $800? Make sure you are connected to the TDYA account. Share the log as a screenshot.
mchillak Yeah its not working. It doesn't log anything. I've tried with the simplist settings. No alarm no lock out.
Pipster Sounds like its not working for your account, I use this tool and do not have any issues with it.
