Neptune cBot 2.7.0 Telegram Alerts not sent

Hello,
First, thank you for the fantastic material provided here, free & paid !

I'm a new user of Neptune, versions EURUSD, CHFJPY, and AUDUSD (my son uses it), all release 2.7.0. Everything's working, but the Telegram alert.

I've checked several times, on the 3 cBots, using two different machines, and two different cTrader accounts. Telegram works pretty well, at every start of the Telegram test cBot. Nothing happens at all with Neptune 2.7.0.
I've waited a couple of orders to ensure it's reproductible.

It's not exactly the same issue rather than the previous post from 2023, because I've no warning popup, and nothing about Telegram in the Algo logs. It does simply nothing.

We will test this on the EURUSD to see if it is sending a Telegram or if it is a bug.

Can you tell me what events you expect to receive a Telegram alert from the cBot?

The cBot sends a Telegram alert on the following events:

Equity stop target
Equity profit target
First trade to open since cBot has started.

Thank you for the test. I'm not sure what I can expect exactly as an alert. My readings says only when a new trade is open. It's fine for me.
As far as I know, there are 3 parameters :

enable/disable -> set to enable
Bot Token -> I've one that works well with the test cBot, and with the example you provide as free sample
Chat ID -> same as the token, it works
I've started the cBot Yesterday on Sunday, and the first trade was few hours ago, and I've received nothing in Telegram.

Should we have a log when a Telegram alert is sent ? I've nothing as well in the logs for the cBot

Yes it is. I do exactly the same in the cBot Telegram test, and Neptune.

This is exactly the tool I use to test. It works perfectly, each time I start it.

But exactly the same parameters copy/paste don't work in Neptune EURUSD, nor CHFJPY, nor AUDUSD, that's my concern. I use the last version, as I bought them in the last days, and they are all released 2.7.0.

To complete my answer, yes I'm using the cBot for different symbols, but it doesn't impact.
I'm using cTrader EURUSD Algo Strategy, which is your cBot based on Neptune, but specific to EURUSD. I use it for EURUSD, and I don't get the Telegram Alerts.

This is exactly the same issue using cTrader CHFJPY Algo Strategy with the supported symbol CHFJPY.

And this is the same with cTrader AUDUSD Algo Strategy with AUDUSD, that my son is using on another cTrader terminal, another machine.

These 3 cBot hav been downloaded since last week, and they are all released 2.7.0.

Maybe I did a mistake, but 3 cBots, same parameters working well with the Telegram test cBot, but never work with 3 Neptune specific cBots, I'm wondering to know what kind of mistake I did !

Hi, please share your cBot settings as an exported cbotset file and upload using the attached file button in your reply.

Also, test again and when your first trade opens after you start your cBot, export the cBot log and share it here as a file. The cBot log will show any errors, and why the Telegram message did not show; the cBot settings will allow me to duplicate your cBots behaviour, and you can remove your Telegram settings.

I've stopped, cleared the logs, and restarted the cBot EURUSD Strategy.
Here's the cbotset file.
Now let's wait for the next trade to open, it's not everyday, that's the strategy indeed ;)

I confirm that it works perfectly, I got a Telegram Alert with a new trade, and I have the confirmation as well in the logs.
