Hello. I recently purchased (order number 62051) cTrader MAC OS Risk and reward Tool, and i have been using it without any issues on the cTrader Platform - Main download link cTrader plain (Not broker).

But now I am trading with a Live account of IC Markets through their "ctrader app" the personalised ctrader platform for their customers. Therefore I tried unregistering and registering the tool on the new platform, but even though it says it is registered the tool keeps asking me to register it.

I would like to have please the tool unregistered and free for a new registration. Thanks

Hi, Carlos; I can see you have a registered license for your cTrader ID. Can you share a screenshot of the registration window you see when you start the cBot? Maybe your broker uses a different cTrader ID than the one shown in your license page.

You could try removing your license and registering a new one.

Hello. Yes it uses a different cTrader ID. Different email too.

Remove the registered license from your account, and when you start the cBot, the registration window will show the cTrader ID retrieved from your IC Markets account. You can register with this.

The cBot will work as long as the cTrader ID you are using taken from your IC Markets account matches the registered cTrader ID at ClickAlgo.

If you are trying to register on behalf of someone else, it will not work.

If you use your account, share a screenshot of the registration page showing your cTrader ID.

Hi Mike. I've already done that. And no, i am not trying to register "on behalf of someone else". It is for myself

That's your licence manager page, I need the license registration page you see when you start the cBot and click on the register product button.

I solved it by removing the other indicator (harmonic patterns) registered under the second cTrader ID. I was doing the new registration correctly as you indicated but it didn't work until I did what I just said
