News Manager - News not loading

Hello,
I have been trying to get the Smart Gridv3.1.1 - News Managers v2.1.3 system going. Here are my steps:

Downloaded the myFxBook calendar_statement.csv file, and looked inside and it looks good.
Renamed the file to NEWS.csv (more descriptive), and put it in C:\Users\Admin\Documents
Set the NewsManager Settings.. MyFxBook Filename: NEWS.csv
Set the Smart Grid NewsManager settings to Yes-Yes.
Start the News Manager bot.
Start the Smart Grid bot.

I have this exact same behaviour on 2 different machines. I tried specifying the filename as calendar_statement.csv, and no change. I can see inside the news file there are relevant events. I am out of ideas.

You need to set the full path to the CSV file in your settings (MyFxBook Filename)

C:\Users\mike\Downloads\news.csv

I ran the News Manager cBot, and you should see the results below:
