Mike Hi mike, I just looking at that link you provided. Yeah I already deleted that cache folder about 1 month ago unfortunately it didn't change anything. That is fine to connect remotely. Do you want me to wait to reinstall ctrader until you connect remotely?
The last trouble shooting report I sent to ctrader Panagiotis replied to me what is written below.
""The last report we received from you contained a lot of custom cBots running. Please reproduce the issue with no cBots running and send us again a troubleshooting report so that we can check again"
I have bots loaded in the automate section but none of them were running and no indicators running. So I'm not sure how they are running if I haven't pressed the blue bot activate button to make them run.
