This will happen if the market is closed for the symbol you are using, did you try refreshing the chart?

What symbol are you using?

Hi, Pierre. It looks like the please wait message says on the chart, but all the indicators load apart from one, the Rectangle.

Would you be interested in a refund with a Gift voucher to purchase other products on our website and you keep the indicators you currently have?

hello micro do none of the indicators load on the chart, I had also ordered currency strength and it's the same the indicator does not load, I would be interested in a refund because no indicator works.

I bought this product ctrader volume profile collection on Wednesday 26th February for 26.39 sterling and since then strangely this product is free!! normal it does not work, I cannot have a refund for a product that is now free. I have the unpleasant impression of having been scammed
