How to Start?
You can access our Ai support chatbot from the ClickAlgo website.
It is also possible to download a plugin that is added to cTrader Desktop; this will allow you to launch a widget from within the trading platform and talk with the Chatbot to get answers to your questions about using cTrader and our products and services.
We have been training the Ai to answer questions about ClickAlgo's products and services and how to use cTrader Desktop, Web and Mobile. Your questions are being monitored, and if we see the Ai cannot answer your questions, we will teach it.
