Hi, sorry you are having issues. I just gave it a quick test and its working on cTrader 5.2.5
When you installed the cBot, did you give it full access?

Also, can you share a screenshot of the error when you start the cBot using the panel below?

Another check to make sure you can access our license server is to visit ClickAlgo and view your dashboard; you will see the license server status widget on the left.
If you are not using cTrader 5.2.5, I would update it if possible.
