I purchased the cTrader Economic News Alerts on the 30/03/2025 - I tried activating it on the same day at it showed on the clickalgo website that it was activated - when i go to my product licences it shows up that its there - but however everytime i click the play button for the cbot to start on the ctrader platform it asks me to register again, which i do via the website and its a constant loop of this never ending cycle of registering but the cbot never actually starting - am getting very frustrated as i dont understand why the damn thing just wont start
