Dear ClickAlgo Support Team,
I hope you’re well. I am writing with considerable disappointment regarding my recent purchase of the cTrader Stochastic Oscillator Telegram Alerts indicator for cTrader on 19 April 2025 (£16.49 GBP, Order number 72775). Despite successfully registering my license key and receiving confirmation of activation, the indicator simply does not load, my indicator section remains entirely blank, as shown in the attached screenshot.
I had high expectations for your product based on ClickAlgo’s reputation for quality and reliability. Unfortunately, after dedicating significant time to troubleshooting, I still cannot use the indicator as advertised. Here is a summary of the steps I have taken so far:
- Reinstalled the package: Completely removed and reinstalled the ClickAlgo Stochastic Alerts files.
- Re-registered the license: Deleted the license key entry, restarted cTrader, and re-entered the key (confirmed active).
- System restarts: Rebooted my PC twice to ensure there were no lingering processes.
- Disabled security software: Turned off all firewalls and antivirus suites to rule out interference.
- Verified environment: cTrader version: Most recent
Despite these efforts, there is still no sign of the stochastic plots, alert markers, or settings panel in the Indicator window. This failure renders the product unusable and has disrupted my trading setup.
At this point, I kindly request one of two outcomes by 20 April 2025:
- Resolution: A clear, step‑by‑step solution or update that restores full functionality of the ClickAlgo Stochastic Alerts indicator in my environment.
- Refund: If the issue cannot be resolved promptly, a full refund of £16.49 GBP in accordance with your refund policy.
