We’ve identified that your computer’s regional settings may be causing this issue. Our software is currently optimized for English (United States) regional settings.
Please try the following:
- Open Control Panel > Region.
- Set the Format to English (United States).
- Restart the application.
We’re working on a fix to support a wider range of regional settings in future updates.
