Payment process incomplete / order open

I put Algo Strategy Builder in my shopping cart and went through the payment process using Crypto.com. The transaction went through, and I already received the payment confirmation from Crypto.com, as seen below:

However, the shopping cart still shows the item there, unpaid.

I did not receive any order confirmation, or license key.

Please, help me.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience, I will correct this for you now and finalise your order. Give me 15 minutes, you should receive an email confirmation soon and see your product in your ClickAlgo dashboard under downloads.,

I will add a product called Codepilot and also include the strategy builder in this order.
