Problem with session pause using cTrader Switchback

Hi,
Problem with Pause Trading Sessions of Switchback.
Before you recommend for proper and correct work of Pause Trading Sessions use UTC time. I did it, but the result remained the same - I cant use the Pause Trading Sessionsoption in switchback. Please give me a link to download Switchback where such an option will work. The license number of this product - 1FZLOC5-1YZTN70-VXQ6K4-E23V4B.

Hi, your pause trading end time cannot be less than the start time and you cannot roll into the next day, for what you need you should have the following settings:

pause #1 start - 16:01
pause #1 end - 23.59
pause #2 start - 00.01
pause #2 end - 06:01

At the present moment, the situation remains the same - Friday Stop and Stop Trading not working. I set before and keep now UTC -0. Before when I test the Smart grid I don't have such a problem. The switchback license number of this product - 1FZLOC5-1YZTN70-VXQ6K4-E23V4B. I wait for your advice

Hi, Alex,

You did not mention the Friday stop in the initial post above, there is no Friday start feature, it automatically starts on Monday.

According to your picture above for the symbol GBPNZD the trade opened after the pause stop at 14:01 at 16:18, so I cannot see an issue with the pause trading feature.

There could be an issue with the Friday stop feature as the trade opened after 09:01, I will investigate this.

Can you tell me why you are using a cTrader time of UTC+0 where your local PC time is 3 hours ahead at UTC+3?

Can you confirm that the label name of the GBPZND symbol which opened at 16:18 is M5-H8?

Please note on a backtest it will use UTC+0 which is your platform time and with real-time trading it uses your PC local time.

I synchronize time UTC-0 with local time( you can see on the attached photo) And start time and stop time I adjust according to your previous recommendation - pause #1 start - 05:01 pause #1 end - 15:01. . At the present moment situation remain same-order open after15:01. Why? Let me know what I must do or what you can recommend.

Hi, Alex, the pause trading feature stops any new positions from opening between 09:01 and 15:01, your positions opened after 15:01 hours which is correct as the robot has resumed trading.

Hi again.

In the future, I don't like to disturb anybody and enjoy my plans. But presently my hope is still too far from this wishes. In the attached photo you can see that the pause trading feature stops not work. The robot still opens order against this time filter. I think to remain only one way to test some version by self and if all OK give me a link for download real working version.

I think you may not understand the pause feature correctly.

The pause feature will stop trades opening between the times you set.

In your settings, it will stop trades from opening between 05:01 and 15:01.

You have no trades that opened between 05:01 and 15:01 which is 5am and 3pm

All your trades opened after 15:01, an example is the first picture where a trade opened at 00:06:55, which is 6 minutes past midnight, the pause feature does not start until 05:01.

As this is your 3rd false bug report in a row, we are not obliged to investigate further, this ticket will close, please make sure if you report bugs in the future that you are 100% sure its a bug with the product.

Please understand the pause feature is working correctly and no other customers have reported an issue.
