Sebastian It would help if you explained exactly what does not work. If you mean the cBot does not start, then the broker may have restrictions on some cBot uses. If they provide a different cTrader ID, you will need to ask them to use the one you have with FTMO.
Sebastian Start the cBot using cTrader Algo, and when you submit an order using the tool, look at the cBot log. Your order could be refused due to your settings, and the broker has its own rules.
