Our records show that you created an account with us in 2024 and downloaded a 14-day trial on January 31st, 2025. You then created a new account and recently purchased the full version, which has since been used.
As per our refund policy, we’re unable to offer refunds where a trial has already been used and the full product has been accessed. This policy is in place to ensure fair use and prevent repeated access to paid products via multiple accounts.
