Sophia Hi Joe, sorry you're having problems. The NinjaTrader Risk Manager should not affect your chart loading. Have you tested it on other charts to see if it is only the Apex charts that are causing the problem?
joe5oh4 Yes I have. I’ve noticed that it deletes all of the apex indicators from the charts when I install the alarm management software
algoman This tool does not interact with the charts, it only reads account data. I would check to see if you have other indicators running. What is the full name of the add-on you are using and where did you download it.
